Alexandre Plokohov, Helmut Lang's former creative director, has been partnering with UNIQLO for several years. They have come together again to release a new line of jeans based on the classic cut jeans from Helmut Lang.
The label "HELMUT LANG JEANS" was first used in the Spring/Summer 1997 collection, inspired by vintage Levi's.
The "Classic Cut" design, in particular, demonstrates the Austrian-born label's focus on presenting a uniform that is both clean and complex.
Upcoming pairs in collaboration with UNIQLO are designed to be unisex and worn comfortably by all ages.
Monochrome stitching, buttons, and rivets match the hues of your choice for a crisp look. Fabrics are made recycled organic cotton and sewing threads from recycled materials. You can choose between white, dark grey, or dark indigo.
On September 26, the new UNIQLO x Helmut Lang items will be available online at select stores, including UNIQLO's NYC 5th Avenue and SOHO. On October 27, they'll be available at select locations, including UNIQLO's NYSOHO.
