It's a new day, and with it comes another Gucci/adidas collaboration.
Today, the luxury house released various items, including a double-sided baseball cap. This is in partnership with Fall 2022‘s “Exquisite” collection that included various dual-branded pieces and a duo of Gazelles.
The collaborative Gazelle sneaker is available in three new colorways in the United States, with two pairs for men and one for women.
Gucci's Gazelle is a gazelle of all tastes and styles, under the direction of Alessandro Michele. From the yet-to-be-released snakeskin-effect pair to clean white versions and velvet-clad counterparts, Gucci has infused elegance into the standard indoor sneaker. With new pairs recently introduced, notably the "Metallic Gold" leather version, this has been taken to a new level.
The sneaker's entire upper is covered in foil-like gold-toned leather, sitting next to black Three Stripes with serrated edges and a black heel cup decorated with gold-toned dual branding. The black tongue is brightened with red and blue hues, while the lateral rear-quarter of the sneaker is finished with Gucci markings.
Elsewhere, a previously-seen black, green, red, gold, and oatmeal pair comprising a leather and suede construction can be found. At the same time, a womenswear-centric “Pink Velvet” offering brings in a sense of Gucci’s luxury aesthetic.
The upper of this silhouette is made from luxurious velvet, which has proven to be popular. A smattering of gold, black, and bold pink highlight the sneaker's accents and elevate this pair above the first pink offering from the summer.
