Sonic Frontiers released a trailer that gives fans of the franchise an understanding of the game's premise. Sonic awakes in a strange world called Cyber Space, where he is separated from his pals. Fortunately, he escapes and arrives on the Starfall Islands, which feature a series of intriguing ruins and odd inhabitants. His goal will be to reunite with his missing friends and discover what's happening on these islands.
The overview trailer, like the game's main trailer, focuses on delivering the experience. It goes into how the rest of the game will play, including its "open-zone" style in which players may choose the order in which they complete different objectives and missions. As usual, there will be a plethora of strange and fantastic foes to battle as you travel across the islands, as well as complex puzzles to solve. Solving them will enable you to acquire stronger items and gear to help you survive future encounters with larger enemies.
You'll progress to different Cyber Space Portals as you move forward in the game. These portals will take you to new levels with various challenges. You can earn Vault Keys by completing these challenges, which will let you unlock stronger gear.
For those who are interested, Sonic Frontiers will be available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC on November 8th.
