Moneybagg Yo wants to turn the phrase “million-dollar smile” into a reality. On Wednesday (January 19), Big Bag took to his Instagram Story to flaunt his fresh new $200,000 smile, which features roughly five diamonds embedded onto the right side of his veneers.
Bag flaunted the gems and the $200,000 price tag to make his face light up, as well as taking the time to upload a photo of the baguette diamonds in detail. One jewel, appropriately enough, took the form of a golden money bag with a black dollar symbol going through it.
Moneybagg Yo’s diamond smile was re-posted by TheShadeRoom, and fans were not pleased, with some even condemning the 30-year-old rhymer in the comments area.
“He needs to change his name to moneyBRAGG,” one said while another added. “The internet makes spending money look so corny.”
Big Speaker is far from the first celebrity to adorn his teeth with diamonds, as Gucci Mane, Drake, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Baby, and others have done so in the past.
Yo uploaded a close-up of the grill on Instagram Stories, revealing that the top row also features a gleaming bag of cash on his teeth, a nod to his rap moniker.
Moneybagg Yo is beaming as we head towards 2022, and with good reason. The platinum-selling rapper announced a few weeks ago that he had quit lean, a narcotic from which he had been struggling to clean for some time.
“I use to think being sober would fuck wit my creative process, I see that’s just a mind thing cuz I been more active skin glowing and I been dropping nun but pressure 🔥 #NomoWockesha 📉,” Yo tweeted at the beginning of the year.
