Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have quietly sold their spacious Manhattan penthouse for a whopping $40.6 million (US$29m). The couple’s luxurious residence was originally listed last year at an asking price that ranged from $25M to upwards of 50+ Million, depending on whom you ask!

The sale closed late in 2021, but the residence never hit the market. The transaction was done behind closed doors, and an off-market deal for this luxury penthouse apartment with breathtaking views went through just last year.

When they bought their “starter penthouse” in New York’s SoHo for $6 million, the couple had high hopes that it would be an investment worth making. But after just four years of homeownership and at a loss on what was previously one of their most lucrative deals ever (a sale last year), things are looking up!

The happy couple walked away with an impressive profit from the sale, which Wall Street Journal first reported.

The address of this apartment is 443 Greenwich Street, a converted brick building that once held bookbinding operations. The modern-day residents enjoy their combination living/ dining space with wide plank wood floors and access to an eat-in kitchen where they can find stained oak cabinets perfect for storage or preparation needs.

The houses in this gated community are all big, beautiful, and affordable. Some famous people like Harry Styles, Rebel Wilson, and Jake Gyllenhaal call it home, too - perhaps because of its key amenities: privacy.

The building is designed with features to keep the paparazzi at bay. It has an underground parking garage and private elevators if you want some privacy when entering or leaving your home.

The building’s architecture is a perfect blend of history and modernity, with amenities that exceed expectations.

The luxurious private-entry foyer is designed with custom metal wall paneling and wide white oak floors that extend throughout the space.

The 500 sqm residence has a private terrace and an entertainment room that can be used for hosting dinner parties or watching your favorite TV show with friends. The chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped, including top-of-the-line appliances to help you make any food fantasy come true!

The custom kitchen designed by Christopher Peacock for a New York City residence encased in wood and glass cabinetry with 5cm-thick Calacatta marble on the islands is breathtaking.

The kitchen has the most cutting-edge appliances, including two bars of stainless steel fridge/freezers holding up to 70 bottles. The Wolf range has an impressive six burners and grill tops. At the same time, there’s also space for side-by-side Sub Zero refrigerators or a Gaggenau wine refrigerator to complete this incredible home office!

The photos show the open living spaces decked with wood beams and arched windows. The view from one room is so beautiful, it would make your heart ache if you were there to see it yourself!

Amenities of the luxury building include a 22m indoor swimming pool, children’s playroom, and a huge 470 sqm landscaped roof terrace. Private fitness studios are also available for members who want to get their sweat on in an atmosphere that isn’t too rigorous but still conducive to achieving goals! If you’re looking for something more relaxing, then take advantage of our state-of-art Turkish bath, which will leave both men’s and women feeling rejuvenated when they emerge from this serene space.

The mystery buyer is listed as Menemshovitz NY Realty Inc., which has a long history of breaking records. For example, they sold the 19th-century cast-iron building where actor Heath Ledger died in 2008 for 49 million dollars last year.

In a surprising move, Menemshovitz NY Realty also purchased the vacation home Barack and Michelle Obama had rented for three summers in Martha’s Vineyard. The The696-acre island off Cape Cod has become extremely popular among high-profile politicians since Bill Clinton developed his retreat there after leaving office with so much success that it now goes by one name: “the Clinton upscale coastal village.”

The singer and the actress have properties all around the country! In October, they put their expansive Los Angeles compound up for sale. The 10-acre site is situated in sunny southern California but doesn’t miss out on some nice weather either – it’s close enough to LA that you can enjoy a warm day at the beach or go shopping while still being far away from downtown heating bills.

In 2018, they took a loss selling another NYC penthouse in Soho.
